Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist with strong administrative skills to manage our front desk and support daily office operations and to join our medical team.
As the first point of contact in our facility, you'll play a key role in supporting both our patients and our clinical staff.
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls-
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records
Data entry and database management
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
Attending to patients telephonically and personally in a care-centered manner.
Obtain patient’s information as per data required.
Facilitate patient flow by notifying the Nursing manager of the patients' arrival
Always creating a holistically positive and pleasant patient experience.
Experience & Qualification
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant minimum of 4-5 years, Female between 30 & 45 and be representable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) including the medical system software programme used for admissions when capturing patient data onto the system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus
