For young mothers is an NPO that relies on donations, and it assists where it can.

- We do not have any government support. Therefore we do not give out any monetary assistance.

- We do not employ, we can only provide you with the referrals you need.

- When you reach out to us, get straight to the point and tell us about yourself, schedule a meeting for an interview so that you can get assistance. Because we currently have a lot of beneficiaries we work with and we do not have time for small talks.

- We are open to any forms of donation and collaborations.

Follow the page to understand more about the work we do.

It’s always a pleasure to help those in need and however we can.

Do you know what U=U means?

It stands for Undetectable = Untransmittable.

When a person living with HIV is on effective treatment and their viral load is undetectable, they cannot pass on HIV.

Awareness 🌸

Breast cancer remains the most common cancer among women worldwide but there are proven ways to reduce your risk. While not all risk factors can be controlled (like age, family history, or genetics), adopting healthy lifestyle choices can make a real difference. 🩷

Here are some evidence-based steps:

✔️Do not smoke – To***co use increases the risk of many cancers, including breast cancer.
✔️Maintain a healthy weight – Being overweight, especially after menopause, is strongly linked to higher breast cancer risk.
✔️Limit or avoid alcohol – Even small amounts of alcohol can increase risk.
✔️Breastfeed if possible – Breastfeeding has been shown to protect both mother and child’s health.
✔️Stay physically active – Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity every week.
✔️Avoid unnecessary radiation exposure – Only undergo medical imaging when truly needed and recommended by a health professional.

👩🏽‍⚕️ Remember: Early detection saves lives! Regular screening and self-awareness of breast changes are key to beating breast cancer.

Let’s take charge of our health and support one another this Women’s Health Month. Together, we can reduce the risk and promote healthier futures for all women.
