Liberty Fighters Network Leading the fight to reform the legal system of South Africa, exposing judicial corruption and preventing evictions from land.

24/08/2026

Good morning, Liberators,

May I kindly request that, from now on, all media shared on our groups be accompanied by a brief summary explaining what it contains and, importantly, why it is relevant to our cause.

I receive hundreds of media posts every day. I simply do not have the time to watch or listen to every video, voice note, podcast or other recording — and I am sure many others find themselves in the same position.

In fact, much of what is being shared has become common knowledge to those who regularly follow our work. Too often, we are simply repeating what has already become obvious to us.

Accordingly, forthwith, I will delete media posted without an accompanying summary explaining its relevance and the purpose for which it is being shared.

There is also a bigger reason for this decision.

⚠️ We need to start sharing solutions instead of endlessly recycling fear.

It achieves absolutely nothing to keep repeating everything that is wrong with our country, our institutions and our society while offering no solution and taking no action.

I receive an overwhelming amount of media telling us what we should fear, yet extremely little showing us what somebody is actually doing about it.

And therein lies one of our greatest problems.

We can effectively brainwash ourselves by consuming and circulating fearmongering all day long. Meanwhile, the work of LFN — and the few other organisations and individuals who are actually doing something about these problems — struggles to reach the public because yet another frightening video, prediction or recycled narrative receives preference.

🔥 Fear without action paralyses. Knowledge followed by action empowers.

Our platforms should therefore increasingly become places where people find solutions, ideas, courage, action, education and inspiration — not merely another endless stream reminding everyone how terrible everything supposedly is.

Before posting media, please ask yourself:
👉 What does this teach us?
👉 Why is this relevant to LFN and our cause?
👉 Does it identify or contribute towards a solution?
👉 Does it inspire people to act constructively?
👉 Is it something our Liberators genuinely need to know?

If the media merely repeats a negative narrative we have already heard countless times and serves no constructive or informative purpose, please do not post it on LFN platforms.

We know many of the problems already.

Now we need to concentrate on what we are going to do about them. 💪🇿🇦

📢 *LIBERATORS — THE WORK CONTINUES, BUT IT NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT.*

LFN has reached one of those uncomfortable realities that every independent organisation eventually faces: our available funds have been exhausted.

That does not mean the work stops.

People still approach us for assistance. Court battles continue. Documents must still be prepared and filed. Research must still be done. Travelling, communication and the ordinary costs of keeping LFN operational continue every day.

And we remain committed to providing our assistance free of charge.

LFN deliberately chose a model where access to our assistance is not determined by someone's ability to pay for it. That independence is important to us — but it can only work when those who believe in what we are doing occasionally help carry the load. 🤝

So, rather than asking a handful of people for large contributions, we are inviting our Liberators to participate.

R20 matters. R50 matters. R100 matters. Every contribution matters when enough people stand together.

*If you value LFN's work and are presently in a position to contribute, you can support us here:*

❤️ Support LFN:

If contributing financially is not convenient right now, simply share this post, but first request permission. That too strengthens the network.

We will continue doing what we do.

The question is simply how many Liberators are willing to help us do more of it. ✊🇿🇦

🤔 He Murdered His Family — But the Court Says He’s Sane: LFN Asks How That Makes Sense⁉️ (19 August 2026)

Excerpt: A person brutally murders his entire family. Psychiatrists evaluate him. The court finds that he understood exactly what he was doing — and sends him to prison rather than a psychiatric institution. But if deliberately committing an unimaginable atrocity does not necessarily make someone legally insane, what exactly does it mean to be “sane”? LFN explores the fascinating divide between legal sanity, mental illness, criminal responsibility and what ordinary people regard as “normal” — and asks whether our criminal justice system needs another way of dealing with the most dangerous offenders.

🆘 ⚖️ LFN Exposes the Fine Print: South Africa’s Affidavits Are Heading into the Digital Unknown (17 August 2026)

Excerpt: LFN has formally objected to South Africa’s proposed new oath and affirmation regulations — and what appears at first to be a routine legal update could fundamentally change the reliability of sworn evidence. Remote commissioning, pre-signed affidavits, typed names treated as signatures, undefined electronic platforms and inadequate identity safeguards are only some of the concerns. As South Africa moves deeper into the age of digital identity, LFN asks the question nobody should ignore: if the commissioner and deponent no longer need to be in the same room, how do we prove who actually swore to what?

‼️LFN Follows a Typo — and Asks: Where Is South Africa’s New Incitement Bill? (14 August 2026)

Excerpt: What began with LFN noticing a simple spelling error — “Offense” instead of “Offence” — opened a far more troubling question: where is the actual Conspiracy, Instigation and Incitement to Commit Offence Bill, 2026? Cabinet has approved this potentially far-reaching criminal-law Bill for introduction in Parliament, the Justice Minister has publicly explained what its clauses and Schedule supposedly contain, yet the actual Bill remains remarkably difficult for the public to access. With its roots in the segregation-era Riotous Assemblies Act and its potential implications for freedom of expression, protest and activism, LFN asks why nobody (either the MSM or popular social media platforms) appears to have demanded to read the legislation behind the headlines.

🏠LFN TAKES ON A 32-YEAR INJUSTICE: YOUR BED, YOUR TOOLS AND YOUR DIGNITY WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO BE FAIR GAME (11 August 2026)

Excerpt: For 32 years, South Africans facing ex*****on have had crucial household goods, tools of trade, farming implements and professional equipment protected according to a monetary limit still rooted in 1994. LFN has now given Justice Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi until 10 September 2026 to fix the R2 000 section 67 protection — or face a constitutional challenge and potential class proceedings. Learn what section 67 means, what to do when the sheriff arrives, and whether property previously taken from you could become relevant to this historic project.

🏛 LFN Forces the Real Question into Court: Who May Control South Africa’s Digital Money?💰(5 August 2026)

Excerpt: The wheels are now officially turning. Following LFN’s urgent High Court hearing on 4 August 2026, the constitutional challenge against the President and Minister of Finance over South Africa’s proposed Capital Flow Management Regulations has moved into judicial case management. While the immediate risk of the regulations being finalised appears to have subsided, the real legal battle is only beginning. This case is about far more than cryptocurrency — it goes to the heart of who controls our future digital money, digital identity, and financial freedom. Discover why this challenge matters to every South African and why LFN believes the rule of law must come before digital transformation.

🏛 LFN Goes to Court: The Constitutional Battle Over South Africa’s Exchange Control Future (16 July 2026)

Excerpt: Can Government rewrite South Africa’s exchange control laws without the proper constitutional authority? Liberty Fighters Network (LFN) believes that question deserves an urgent answer from the High Court. Our latest constitutional challenge is not about stopping financial reform — it is about ensuring that reform happens lawfully. Discover why this case could have far-reaching implications for the Rule of Law, public accountability, and every future exercise of government power. Read the full story, explore the court papers, and find out how interested organisations can participate.

⁉️LFN Raises the Red Flag: Can the Minister Legally Replace the Exchange Control Regulations? (1 July 2026)

Excerpt: Can the Minister of Finance lawfully repeal South Africa's 1961 Exchange Control Regulations and replace them with an entirely new Capital Flow Management framework? LFN believes this is not merely a technical drafting issue, but a fundamental question of constitutional legality and the rule of law. In its formal submission to National Treasury, LFN raises concerns that section 9(1) of the Currency and Exchanges Act, read together with the Interpretation Act and confirmed by the Constitutional Court, vests the regulation-making power in the President, not the Minister. Before South Africa embarks on a new era of exchange control, the public deserves a clear answer: who really has the legal authority to rewrite the rules?
