IMPORTANT COURT ORDER HIGH COURT JURISDICTION

A significant outcome for our members.

On 28 September 2026, an order by agreement set aside the GN 7648 determination insofar as it relates to the Gauteng Division, Pretoria.

The previous jurisdictional dispensation under GN 30, as amended by GN 408, remains in place.

The PAA thanks the Pretoria Society of Advocates and Advocates Maritz SC, Van Loggerenberg SC, Mphaga SC and Kollapen for their invaluable assistance.
