MISSION
Empowering vulnerable populations toward self-sustainability through improved food security, increased accessibility to health care services, and the provision of opportunities for education, entrepreneurship and employment. Self-Sustainability . Honesty in all we do. OUR OBJECTIVES AND TARGET GROUPS
Patch-Up South Africa is dedicated to catalyzing a positive and substantial transformation
in marginalized communities, particularly in townships and rural areas. Our primary focus is on vulnerable populations grappling with poverty, ill-health, unemployment, and restricted access to opportunities. In aiming to build sustainable communities we use a holistic approach. Marginalized communities we serve are plagued by an influx of drug abuse, GBV and unemployment. These issues contribute to the degeneration of these communities and we see these challenges filtering down to the younger population of these communities, and therefore, we further our programs to adolescent people to implement harm reduction initiatives. Our overarching goal is to tackle past traumas, rectifying imbalances, and alleviate prevailing economic and social challenges. OUR PROGRAMS
