✅ Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• SAPS clearance
• Relevant qualification in Human Sciences or Management Sciences
• Accountancy qualification will be advantageous
• Valid Code 08 driver's licence
• Knowledge of the welfare industry
• Experience in aged care
• Experience in policy implementation and relevant legislation
• Financial and personnel management experience
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Experience in compiling and implementing business plans
• Experience managing a large staff complement
📝 Duties include:
• Leading the overall management of the facility
• Managing administration, finances and operational procedures
• Ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
• Managing personnel and financial resources
• Driving marketing and fundraising initiatives
• Performing general management responsibilities
