Ons gaan oor die volgende paar dae ’n opgedateerde lys van die 4 Besture van die GPF in die onderskeie sektore plaas, asook dié van die Uitvoerende Komitee van Hercules GPF.

Stoor asseblief hierdie nommers op julle telefone.

Die eerste lys is dié van die GPF Bestuur in Sektor 1, naamlik die Mountain View, Suiderberg en Lady Selborne area.

Onthou asseblief dat die woord "sektor" verwys na ’n geografiese area soos deur die SAPD afgebaken.

Hercules GPF bestaan uit 4 sektore, en elke sektor het sy eie GPF Bestuur.

Over the next few days, we will be posting an updated list of the 4 CPF Management Committees in the respective sectors, as well as that of the Executive Committee of Hercules CPF.

Please save these numbers on your phones.

The first list is that of the CPF Management in Sector 1, namely the Mountain View, Suiderberg, and Lady Selborne area.

Please remember that the word "sector" refers to a geographical area as designated by SAPS.

Hercules CPF consists of 4 sectors, and each sector has its own CPF Management Committee.

Good evening Community

Hercules CPF Sector1's nominations closed tonight at 19:00.

Unfortunately there was no nomination received for any of the vacant positions. Due to this there will be no elections or meeting held on the 28th of April.

Nominations will be opened again in a few weeks, it there is anyone from the community that feel they want to make themself availible for one of the positions please feel free to contact me or any of the Sector 1 Management.

Sektore 1 – 4

Ons wil julle graag herinner aan die inligtingsessie wat Hercules SAPD op 28 Maart 2026 in Sektor 3 aanbied. Sien gerus die uitnodiging vir verdere besonderhede.

Belangrike onderwerpe sal bespreek word, onder andere kubermisdaad, dit is wanneer tegnologie gebruik word om onwettige dade te pleeg, veral om mense te bedrieg (ja, selfs daardie “jy het ’n miljoen gewen”boodskappe!).

Dit is belangrik om te verstaan hoekom dit gevaarlik is en wat jy kan doen om jouself te beskerm.

Hercules SAPD bied hierdie inligtingsessies ook gedurende April 2026 in die ander sektore aan.

Datum volgorde van al die sessies in die 4 Sektore:
* 28 Maart – Sektor 3
* 11 April – Sektor 1
* 14 April – Sektor 4
* 18 April – Sektor 2

Julle word hartlik uitgenooi om dit by te woon, kennis is immers die beste beskerming.

We would like to kindly remind you of the information session that Hercules SAPS will be hosting on 28 March 2026 in Sector 3. Please refer to the invitation for further details.

Important topics will be discussed, including cybercrime, this refers to the use of technology to commit unlawful acts, particularly to scam and deceive people (yes, even those “you’ve won a million” messages we all wish were real!).

It is important to understand why this is a risk and what steps you can take to protect yourself.

Hercules SAPS will also be hosting these information sessions in the other sectors during April 2026.

Schedule of sessions across all four sectors by date:

• 14 April – Sector 4
• 18 April – Sector 2

You are warmly invited to attend, after all, knowledge remains the best form of protection.

Goeie dag Hercules Gemeenskap – Sektore 1–4

Soos julle kan sien in die meegaande advertensie, het die nominasietydperk vir die vakante poste in die Hercules GPF Uitvoerende Komitee amptelik vandag begin.

Dit is uiters belangrik dat hierdie poste gevul word met toegewyde en betrokke lede.

’n Sterk en aktiewe Uitvoerende Komitee verseker beter koördinering, vinniger reaksie op misdaadvoorvalle en doeltreffende samewerking met SAPD en ander rolspelers.

Kom ons bou positief voort en werk saam aan misdaadvoorkoming in die Hercules-wyk. Jou betrokkenheid maak ’n werklike verskil – elke lid wat dien, dra by tot ’n veiliger gemeenskap.

Stel jouself beskikbaar, of nomineer iemand anders. Saam kan ons dit maak.

As you can see in the attached advertisement, the nomination period for the vacant positions in the Hercules CPF Executive Committee officially opened today.

It is extremely important that these positions are filled by dedicated and involved members who are willing to serve the community.

A strong and active Executive Committee ensures better coordination, faster response to crime incidents, and effective cooperation with the SAPS and other stakeholders.

Let us continue to build positively and work together on crime prevention in the Hercules area.

Your involvement makes a real difference – every member who serves contributes to a safer community.

Make yourself available, or nominate someone else. Together we can make it happen.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – SECTOR 1, IT’S TIME TO STAND UP! 🚨

Crime in our community is growing by the day. Sitting back on a warm couch while expecting others to fight crime for you is no longer an option. Safety is everyone’s responsibility – and without YOU, there is no community safety.

👉 We are calling on every resident to step up, show up, and take part in building a safer Sector 1.
👉 The days of blaming the past and pointing fingers are over. It’s time to start fresh, unite, and act.
👉 Every suspicious car, barking dog, or strange noise cannot simply be “someone else’s problem.” Patrollers – whether CPF volunteers or security companies – respond at a cost. Volunteers use their own fuel, their own cars, and their own time for YOU. Yet the same people calling for patrols won’t even contribute a few rand to help keep the wheels turning. That has to change.

🛑 The truth is simple: if the community does not get involved, the crime will only get worse.

✅ Join the CPF.
✅ Support the patrollers.
✅ Contribute where you can – time, effort, or even just fuel money.
✅ Show up, not just when you need help, but when your community needs YOU.

Together we can build a safe, strong, united Sector 1 – but it requires action, not excuses.
