Where do you begin to talk about Madiba Day? As you tune into the radio, the TV, or scroll through social media, amidst the chaos of the world, you find countless Good Samaritans making a difference in their communities in celebration of this special day.

For me personally, it was a day I never wanted to end. I had the privilege of being invited to an intimate lunch with the Ndamase family. Mr. Sonwabile Ndamase graciously opened his home, creating a memorable experience. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Jackie Mpondo Hendricks and Bishop Cynthia Thandi Molefe for inviting The High Valued Queens to join in this intimate celebration.

I am truly honored to have been part of this occasion. We shared laughter, engaged in meaningful conversations, and embraced the joyful spirit of Madiba.

Mr. Sonwabile Ndamase is the talented designer behind Madiba's iconic shirts. After a delightful lunch and a beautifully served cup of tea, we made our way to his studio, where the magic happens. The rest, as they say, is history. Today, I gained invaluable insights about so many things I was previously unaware of. It feels as though this day was orchestrated by a higher power, and for that, I am profoundly grateful.
