🧶 Blanket of Hope for Lilly

Lilly has been struggling with breathing issues since she was rescued as a tiny kitten, soaked by heavy rain and desperately ill with pneumonia.

Despite months of treatment and a previous procedure, Lilly still has difficulty breathing.

We recently took Lilly for a CT scan, and nasal swabs were taken and sent away for testing. We are now waiting for the results, which will help the vets determine the best treatment for her going forward.

The estimate cost including her recent veterinary care is approximately R4,000.

So we are creating Lilly’s Blanket of Hope — and we only need 40 compassionate people to each sponsor one square for R100. 🧶

Calypso needs a forever home. She is a real love-bug. Unfortuntely tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FELV) but she is 100% healthy, no health issues in the 8 months of foster care. She is very good with cat friendly dogs. FELV in contagious only to other cats (not dogs) and through saliva, so she cannot live with other cats unless they have been vaccinated against FELV or already have FELV. Pretoria. Earlier this year we were ecstatic when we had an approved application for Taylor and his sister.... and then they ghosted us.

Taylor and his sibling, Pepin, have partial sight loss in one eye, but that doesn’t stop them in any way!
