When you know that He has your back there's no need for you to keep looking behind. God said to Lot and his family not to look back but Lots wife looked back and she turn into a pillar of salt.

His instructions are never to punish you but to preserve you
Lesson from this story is that God wants us to focus on what is ahead and forget what is behind. Most of the time we delay in our walk because we are busy looking behind us when God said vividly that we should forge ahead.

LET THIS CUP PASS BUT NOT BY MY WILL BUT YOUR WILL
Is quite interest that most times your success will come as result of you drinking the cup. It may be the cup of loosing trouble, rejection, pain, opposition from people you trusted etc.
The truth of the matter is the fire is the only thing that purifies gold.
You cannot run from your suppose to become.....

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. John 10:1

sheep pen typically has one door, which allows the shepherd and gatekeeper complete control over who may go in and out. Those who jump over the fence do not have permission and are considered thieves or robbers who intend to harm the flock. Jesus stands guard to prevent false prophets from jumping into our lives. He is on constant watch and lays His life down to defend the entrance. We are oblivious to danger lurking beyond our pen because our faith rests in the love of our Lord and Savior
