Today, the African Centre of Excellence for Access to Justice (ACE-AJ) joins partners, stakeholders, and justice advocates in Kigali, Rwanda, for the launch of the highly anticipated report: Challenges and Opportunities for Community Paralegals: A Comparative Analysis of Legal Recognition, State Regulation, and Financing in Kenya and Zambia.
