How to tie your ribbons correctly🩰⏱️

Ensuring your ribbons are tied correctly is crucial for both support and a clean aesthetic line. Watch our full tutorial video above, and follow these key steps:

1. First ribbon: Start with the outside ribbon. Pull it tight, cross it over the front of your ankle, and wrap it around the ankle.
2. Second ribbon: Take the inside ribbon, cross it over the first ribbon at the front, wrap it around the back, and meet the first ribbon on the inner side of your ankle.
3. Secure with a Knot: Tie a clean, square knot between the Malleolus (ankle bone) and the Achilles tendon to avoid cutting off circulation and prevents painful tendonitis from repetitive pointe.
4. Neat ending: Trim excess ribbon, if necessary, then tuck the knot and all loose ends under the ribbon band. The ribbon line must be smooth.
