Spotted this afternoon Cllr Makhwenkwe(Ward 18). Not only busy with draining water out of people's houses but also making sure our communities have clean water to drink and cook.

This morning Cllr Gama Maqula of the African National Congress was spotted braving the weather. Doing site visit in one of the recently built low level ponds. Designed to assist with such disasters yet the dumping of litter by our residents affects the flow of the water.

Trucks are being rerouted to deal with the blockage.
