Vonnie"s Animal Rescue and Adoptions We visit the rural areas in Addo and Kirkwood areas in the Eastern Cape and inoculate, dip, feed and sterilize the animals.

We are dependent on sponsors for food for the animals as well as toys for the children. Watch our page for pics of outreaches.

VONNIES RESCUE- THE TRUE STORY

Hi to all. i have been running this rescue with one person helping for 6 yrs. at this point of time i have 89 cats and 12 dogs.. t is run on the property of a kind Moslem man that is allowing me to keep these animals on his property.I dont get any funding or help to feed and care for these animals at all. In this difficult times it is not easy but me and my helpers dont give up. We do boot sales if we have donations in any way that can be sold. We also make items that we sell at the Priory Fair and Kirkwood Wildlife Festival. We work hard to keep these animals going and healthy.It is not always easy as we do not put down and battle to get homes for these animals. We also help the workers on some farms in the Kirkwood region on request by the farmers. We dont have the funds to do more as then the animals in our care would have to do without.
