Hobies! This is a special request please. Saturday is predicted to have rain (for the duration of our event at least). If someone has a small gazebo we can borrow for our time-keeper and scanners (who have to work with their phones) to shelter them from the rain, it will be much appreciated. Please get in touch with me (Yolandi) or any of the other Run Directors if you are able to assist us with this.

Yesterday we celebrated an incredible milestone as one of our Hobie Beach Event Directors, Yolandi, completed her 100th parkrun! 🥳

And if that wasn’t impressive enough… she has an amazing 206 volunteer credits to her name! 🙌

100 parkruns, 206 acts of volunteering, and countless hours given to our parkrun community. Thank you, Yolandi, for everything you do to make Hobie Beach parkrun the special place it is.
