Gospel for Asia South Africa

Gospel for Asia South Africa GFA is an evangelical christian missions organization spreading the Gospel and planting churches in Asia by training and equipping national missionaries.

We are committed as a family of believers to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with lost men, women and children throughout Asia who have still not heard His precious name. We currently serve the Lord in more than a dozen Asian nations. Gospel for Asia is about changing communities—both for this life and for eternity. Built on the foundation of national missionaries, each part of our ministry wo

rks together to share the love of Jesus Christ with those who have never heard his name. GFA-supported missionaries have been called by the Lord to share the love of Christ in Asia. In preparation for ministry, these workers spend 3 years going through Bible college. They know the local language or can easily learn a related dialect; they live among the people; and they can move freely in areas restricted to outsiders. Most of all, they have a burden and passion to minister to their own people. Today, more than 75,000 children are finding brighter futures through Gospel for Asia's Bridge of Hope Programme. Through education and basic care, these children have an opportunity to free their families from the cycle of poverty. Clean water, income-producing farm animals, sewing machines and other simple gifts provided by GFA touch hearts and increase the health and livelihood of communities. And through GFA-supported Compassion ministries, leprosy patients, widows and natural disaster victims find hope and help. We join our hearts to be the hands and feet of Jesus, for such a time as this. Together, by His Spirit, we are ministering to this generation. Visit us on the web at www.gospelforasia.org.za.

Everyone has an opinion that pops up when theyhear the phrase "Gospel Tracts," but what if I told you that in Asia and Africa they work differently.

1. They are respected and read
2. Easily passed onto others
3. Easy to hand out
4. Economic to produce

Where no one has heard the name of Jesus, Christian literature is greatly treasured and effective in sharing the Good News.

Check out https://www.gospelforasia.org.za/gospel-tracts/donate/ and join us in sharing His hope.

It's so easy to forget how great our God is, and how much He loves and thinks of us.

K.P. Yohannan reminds us that our Creator knows everything and is in control. Remembering God's sovereignty, how will you approach Him in prayer today?

Despite the difficult situations in Sri Lanka, we’re grateful to share how the Lord is still at work in powerful ways.

Several months ago, we hosted a youth festival centred on the theme: “To become by grace what Christ is by nature.” Through practical teaching, worship, and prayer, young people were given space to grow, be encouraged, and deepen their walk with the Lord.

Even in challenging seasons, God continues to move and to bring hope, faith, and transformation.

"I can do more than just work at my church, go to church on a Sunday, go home, pick up my Bible, and that's it...I can have a greater impact...by allowing God to invade my life in more than just my walk with Him, but in praying for others to get to know Him in the [hard-to-reach] parts of the world." Have you ever considered what it truly means to follow Christ and fully surrender your life to Him? Take a moment to pray and ask the Lord what it would look like for you to yield to His calling for the sake of the Good News.

National missionaries serve Christ within their own communities—sharing the Good News where they are known and trusted. Across Africa and Asia, they face both joy and hardship, yet remain driven by one calling: to know Christ and make Him known.

"After reading this tract, you can contact us for prayer or counseling." - a national missionary

As Christian literature is shared person-to-person, the lives of many families are transformed. Those who once had never heard the name of Jesus, now have the opportunity to know Him through the faithful ministry and prayers of our brothers and sisters.

It's a constant battle to have a humble heart and fear the Lord.

Thankfully, we don't have to fight this battle alone because we have Holy Spirit to help lead and guide us.

Take some time today to pray and ask God for wisdom and a humble spirit.
