ems sit with our nation. Such as lack of interested young people in scars skills that can improve our economy as nation. Due to our gained knowledge and experience from different international events: 2010 World federation of Democratic Youth conference and participating in United Nation’s Conference of all parties the COP 17 Durban 2011 and its following side events (a) Conference of youth 7 (COY 7) (b) Africa Youth for Climate Change. Subsequent to that 2012 has been the year where we gained much more conducted practical experience in operating in poorer communities lead by the ESTI founder this year. As a result, the highest decision making Board of ESTI through the office of the ESTI founder resolves to through initiating ESTI Socio Economic Empowerments projects in disadvantage areas. These projects are to raise interests for more young people in disadvantage area to take on brilliant useful Inventions and Innovations that will lead in resolving disadvantaged community's problems same time creating new sustainable job through ESTI economic empowerment scheme.
