BraveYard Society aims to captivate, entertain and inspire NMMU students using the most talented, hardworking and dedicated students found in all 4 PE campuses. BraveYard will provides a network for producers and rappers who want to showcase and further improve their skill; it aims to bridge the gap between university event organisers looking for fresh talent and artists hungry for that time in th

e spotlight by providing the much needed platform for them to get a fan base at the university. Our monthly activities will all require visiting all four NMMU PE campuses with the chosen team which will shoot its cypher and promo videos on a location in that selected campus. These cyphers will all be build-ups to the ultimate closing function of the society which will be a hip hop event that features all four elements of hip hop in one show
The main aim therefore is to provide a platform where all registered BraveYard Society members who have a noticeable skill in the culture of Hip Hop can showcase their talents. To that end the society shall support other societies who share our vision of providing variety of entertainment performed by NMMU students for NMMU students.
