Exercise videos are a great way to get started without leaving the house. You can find these on Google or free classes on YouTube.
Incorporating household items into your workouts is an easy tip. Try walking up and down stairs, or up and down just two stairs at a time. Stretching exercises are very important and easy to do at home in bedroom or kitchen as well as in the garden in fresh air Flexibility exercises help you maintain mobility and get you ready for more vigorous exercises. You will feel great and have much more energy.

Here are recommended routines patients should get started with to get fit
Patients should start slowly and work their way up to more rigorous exercise. It is good starting with a regular walking routine or some yoga and stretching. Flexibility exercises, These can help you maintain mobility and get you ready for more vigorous exercises.
Once you feel comfortable, you can work your way up to aerobic exercises, like jogging, cycling (stationary bikes are fine), swimming, or brisk walks. These help you burn calories and build cardiovascular fitness.
Resistance training can also help maintain muscle and bone mass, which may be important during and after treatment.
It's important to talk with your oncologist and care team before starting a fitness routine. Seeking help from a personal trainer or exercise physiologist is wise to do.

Remission Take control of your life.
Remission is the second big stage in the battle against cancer. This stage has its own up and downs. Many of the patients receiving the good news that they are in remission are battling with the fearful or joyful thoughts I’m healed or am I really cancer free. Looking at themselves they still see many devastating proofs of their treatments. They are still bald or extremely thin these post treatment affects do not change over Nite. Patients battle with thoughts such as will it come back? Is it real? should I start a new life because now I have a second chance? Each patient’s journey is personal and different and can be a very lonely road to walk.
Remission is however a very positive turn in each lucky patient’s life. Ultimately it should be accepted with a definite feeling I’m a survivor. I did it I’m strong now I can fight the good fight. Yes, now I can take control of my healthy life. I will follow my own intuition. I know my body now. I will not allow any negative thoughts only positive actions and thoughts. My diet is correct I have eliminated most dairy products because breast milk is the milk of a animal packed with hormones and proteins meant for a baby calf not me and refined foods must be avoided because there is healing in eating vegetables and fruits. I know the importance of exercise. Now I can invent the new healthy me. My hair is growing back my home life is restored and my family is excited. We are happy to return to normal life.
