✅ A: It depends on who is selling the home and how long they’ve lived in it.

🏠 Key points about RDP house sales in South Africa:

⏳ 8-year restriction period: RDP beneficiaries cannot sell their homes within the first 8 years.

📜 After 8 years: The original beneficiary (or their legal heirs) may legally sell the property.
