Plett dont have an Old Age home for SASSA pensioners.

Every few years we are fortunate enough to secure a place for our elderly clients.

Today D and P will be resettling in a flat at Vermont Old Age Home in Knysna.

The flat requires that one take their own furnitures.

D was asked to come up with a list of all she needs to make the transition as easy as possible.

And we were fortunate enough to have everything, but three items.

Transport was kindly donated by Yamaha Plettenberg Bay.
The Community Church didnt hesitate for one minute to buy a small stove oven
And Kathy Michaelides took care of the fridge and committed to try mobilise after settlement support.
Ralph Stander committed to assist with moving furniture around and assembling the bed.

All goods was donated to Vermont Old Age home for use in that flat.

We are deeply grateful to each person who donated all the items needed to make this move as comfortable and caring as possible.

Update.

All taken care of

Good afternoon.
Two of our elderly clients found a minute flat at an old age home.
Weve managed to provide almost everything.
We are in need of a two plate mini oven and a small fridge and a kettle. We are prepared to swop and or pay a reasonable price.

This will make their move so much easier.

What a priviledge to beautify the gardens. And what a joy knowing that we have such beautiful symbiosis.
