ZISA NPC

ZISA NPC ZiSA is a South African registered Non-Profit Company established to serve Africa. We are a Zone of Integrated Solutions for Africa.

Prepared to address problems at their routes so as to avoid situations continuously arising.

On the ongoing tension in South Africa as ZISA NPC , we believe that lasting peace and stability between local South Africans and foreign nationals from other African countries can only be achieved when communities are able to see and experience mutual benefit from living and working together.

Many of the frustrations and tensions that arise within communities are often linked to economic challenges, unemployment, poverty, and the perception that opportunities are limited. In such circumstances, people may begin to view one another as competitors rather than partners.

We believe there is a need to develop practical systems that ensure the presence and participation of all people within communities contributes positively to local development and creates visible benefits for local residents. When properly managed, migration and integration can become an advantage rather than a source of conflict.

A growing population can support economic growth, increase trade, create new markets, encourage investment, and strengthen community enterprises. However, these benefits must be structured in a way that includes and empowers local communities.

Through the African Economic Solidarity Program (AESP), ZiSA advocates for community-centered economic models that create opportunities for local participation, ownership, employment, and shared prosperity. Through the African Nationals Integration Program (ANIP), ZiSA promotes dialogue, understanding, cooperation, and peaceful coexistence among African people living within the same communities.

Our position is that the solution is not division, hostility, or violence. The solution is to build systems that allow communities to grow together, benefit together, and prosper together.

Africa's future will be strongest when development creates value for local communities while promoting unity among African people.

African Nationals Integration is the first step towards a successful African continent.

As Africans, let us all take it as our responsibility to encourage, promote, and practice unity among ourselves. A continent that is divided cannot fully achieve its potential, but a continent that works together can overcome its greatest challenges.

Let us build bridges of understanding, cooperation, and mutual respect. Let us choose dialogue over division, partnership over conflict, and unity over separation.

The Africa we desire begins with how we treat one another today.

Together, we can build a peaceful, united, and prosperous Africa for present and future generations.

Words from our mother, Africa has never been in portions.

African Nationals Integration is the first step to a successful Africa.

Looting of shops, regardless of the reason behind it, reflects a deeper problem that Africa must confront with honesty and responsibility.

The reality is that Africans need to be guided, organized, and empowered towards building a sustainable and economically stable continent. Destroying businesses, livelihoods, and community economies only pushes our communities further into poverty, instability, and division.

Whether a shop belongs to a foreign national or a local citizen, when businesses are destroyed, communities suffer. Jobs are lost, families are affected, and trust between people is damaged.

Africa’s future cannot be built through destruction. It must be built through unity, participation, discipline, economic ownership, and collective responsibility.

This is why organizations such as ZiSA NPC continue to push for practical community solutions through programs like the African Economic Solidarity Program and the African Nationals Integration Program — programs aimed at building economically active communities while strengthening peace, coexistence, and African unity.

Our anger must be transformed into organization.
Our frustrations must be transformed into development.
Our energy must be transformed into building Africa.

The Africa we want will only come when Africans themselves become protectors and builders of their communities.

This picture reflects a common economic pattern seen across many African countries.

A formal shop invests in rent, licensing, electricity, workers, stock systems, and sustainability — yet becomes surrounded by informal traders selling the very same products directly outside the business.

While informal trading plays an important role in survival and income generation for many families, this kind of uncontrolled economic setup often weakens the growth of stable community businesses, reduces long-term employment opportunities, and creates unhealthy competition within the same struggling communities.

The result is an economy where:

- Everyone is trying to survive individually
- Very few structures are growing sustainably
- Communities remain fragmented economically

This is one of the reasons why the African Economic Solidarity Program (AESP) under ZiSA promotes organized community-owned economic systems that allow people to participate collectively rather than compete destructively against one another.

The goal is not to fight informal traders, but to create systems where:

- communities become collective owners,
- opportunities are better organized,
- businesses grow sustainably,
- and economic benefits circulate fairly among the people.

Africa needs economic participation that builds communities together, not survival systems that weaken one another.

Assessment visits were conducted to families of African nationals who were directly affected during some of the recent protests against foreign nationals in parts of Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.

The purpose of the visits is to better understand the effects and challenges faced by the affected families so that appropriate assistance and support interventions may be identified and coordinated.

Many families were found devastated, emotionally affected, and traumatized by the experiences they went through. There is a strong need for humanitarian support, emotional healing, peaceful community engagement, and long-term solutions that promote unity, protection, and stability within communities.

ZiSA NPC acknowledges the importance of coordinated efforts in responding to such situations and remains dedicated to contributing through the African Nationals Integration Program (ANIP), as well as other relevant community-centered programs focused on healing, integration, peace, and sustainable development.

As various South African community organizations continue with protests and actions targeting foreign nationals in parts of the country, ZiSA NPC encourages affected African brothers and sisters, particularly those feeling unsafe or vulnerable, to consider voluntary repatriation to their respective countries for their safety, dignity, and peace of mind.

While ZiSA strongly believes in African unity, peaceful coexistence, and integration among African citizens, it is painful to witness fellow Africans experiencing fear, trauma, harassment, humiliation, and in some cases physical attacks.

The growing tensions and strong warnings circulating within communities indicate the urgent need to prioritize human safety and responsible action while efforts toward long-term solutions continue.

ZiSA remains committed to peaceful engagement and continues advancing its African Nationals Integration Program (ANIP), believing that more work still needs to be done in promoting understanding, responsible dialogue, and education on the importance of African integration, coexistence, and mutual respect — especially within communities across South Africa and the African continent as a whole.

We continue to encourage peace, calmness, lawful conduct, and the protection of human dignity for all people.
