“What do we put in our food bag?” Every week, we're asked this question, and we rely on your kindness to keep going. Our waiting list is long, and it’s heartbreaking knowing so many families are in urgent need. If you can spare even one or two items, it would mean the world to someone in need🇿🇦🗺♥️

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬: Baked beans, tinned fish
𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬: Maize, sugar, flour, rice, pasta, instant porridge, samp, soya mince
𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬: Salt, pepper, Aromat, stock cubes, curry powder
𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭: Sweets, juice mix, chips, jam, peanut butter
𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: Bath soap, laundry soap bars, toilet paper [1 ply], sanitary pads
𝐁𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬: Long-life milk, tea, coffee
