SHBC is a ministry of the Swaziland Reformed Church (Shiselweni Congregation) serving 43 communities in the southern region of Eswatini (formerly known as Swaziland). The HIV prevalence among women (15–49 years of age) is in the vicinity of 40%. Shiselweni, which is the southern region of Eswatini, is not only the poorest region, but also the region most affected by HIV and AIDS. It is in this are
