As South Africa commemorates Youth Month, Qholaqhwe Advice Centre joins the nation in honoring the courage, resilience, and sacrifices of the young people who participated in the 1976 Soweto Uprising. Their struggle for freedom, equality, and access to quality education continues to inspire generations of our country.

Qholaqhwe Advice Centre recognize the important role that young people play in building strong, inclusive, and prosperous communities. As an organization committed to human rights, access to justice, community empowerment, and youth development, we encourage young people to become active citizens, pursue education, skills development, and participate meaningfully in social and economic opportunities.

We acknowledge the challenges facing many young people today, including unemployment, poverty, inequality, gender-based violence, substance abuse, and limited access to opportunities.

We therefore invite our youth to come and commemorate this special day with us.
