In South Africa, youth make up more than two thirds of unemployed people, the longer people are unemployed the more unemployable they beacome, the underlying facts that contributes to this course are the following, low level of education, lack of information, shortage of skills and this has pushed young people inward 1 at Ngqushwa Municipality to start a non-profit making organisation to address t

hese issues by fully understanding the social and economic status of the municipality. The organisation was registered with the Department of Social Service in june 2013 under the NPO act.
