More Community Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to sustainable development in Huntington and Justicia B communities surrounding Lion Sands Game Reserve. We follow the Asset-Based Community Development model, working with communities as collaborators, not passive recipients. Every initiative is co-created with local leadership and built toward self-sufficiency. Our work focuses on

early childhood education through our two preschools - Henna Preschool and Jabez Preschool - alongside improving living standards through access to clean water, healthcare, and sanitation. All projects are community-driven and sustainable, ensuring that by supporting communities to contribute their own efforts and skills, initiatives thrive long into the future.

The work continues at Henna Crèche
Renovations are steadily progressing, with visible changes taking shape on site. Alongside the ongoing upgrades, pest control has now been completed at both Henna and Jabez, ensuring safer, healthier spaces for the children and staff.

Progress in action at Henna Crèche.
Renovations are officially underway, with local partners rolling up their sleeves to create a safer, more welcoming learning space for the children. From removing old flooring and ceilings to preparing for fresh paint and new kitchen units, this project is also creating meaningful temporary jobs and supporting local businesses along the way.
We’re proud to see community collaboration bringing positive change where it matters most.
