Pacaltsdorp Chess Club (PCC) has been hard at work grinding away on the 8×8 matrix, with our learners steadily moving one square closer to master level with every session♟️

Supa proud of our juniors who have been selected for the George team — congratulations on this well-deserved achievement! Now onto the next hurdle, the Eden team. Your dedication and love for the game are truly paying off.

To those who didn’t make it, don’t worry, every grandmaster was once a beginner who simply kept practicing. We’ll sharpen the tactics, polish the openings, and come back even stronger next time. 💪

PCC continues to grow from strength to strength each week, and it’s inspiring to see so many young minds learning, competing, and enjoying the beautiful game of chess. The future looks bright💥 — on and of the chessboard♟️

Our Kings and Queens at PCC turned up in full force and enjoyed yet another fruitful evening—full of joy, great company, and a few “how did I not see that move?!” moments on the 64 squares.

Our club is growing from strength to strength. PCC will celebrate its 10-year anniversary in April—truly a checkmate-worthy milestone. To God be the glory ♟️♟️

Rain or shine, Pacs Chess Club keeps moving forward! Another successful practice session saw players braving the weather for their love of the beautiful 64 squares. PCC continues to go from strength to strength.

Practice every Wednesday from 17h30 — newcomers always welcome.

The Pacaltsdorp Chess Club♟♟ invites experienced chess players, preferably seniors or individuals with prior playing experience, to join our team.
We are seeking players with a strong understanding of the game who can contribute to our senior team and assist with coaching junior players.
As part of our efforts to rebuild the club to its former glory, we welcome enthusiastic and dedicated players to be part of our team.
