Through our Academic Uplift & Career Readiness Initiative, our dedicated facilitators continue to show up, engage, guide and empower learners right in the classroom.

What makes these sessions special?

Learners are encouraged to ask questions and build confidence.
Facilitators are creating supportive spaces where learning comes alive.
Every session is an investment in education, opportunity and brighter futures.
Together, we are helping young people prepare not only for examinations, but for the opportunities that lie beyond the classroom.

At Transition Champions NPC, we believe that meaningful impact is made possible by people who are willing to show up, serve, and remain committed to the development of our learners.

As we continue with our Academic Uplift & Career Readiness Initiative, we would like to take a moment to appreciate two members of our team who continue to contribute immensely to the work we do.

👏 Mr Mvula Makhafane - Facilitator & Deputy Education Program Director

Mr Makhafane is one of those people who is always willing to get his hands dirty and be on the ground. From facilitating sessions to supporting learners and multitasking wherever needed, his dedication and willingness to serve continue to make a difference in our programmes.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Mr Taje for his continued commitment and contribution to our learners and programmes. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are grateful to have you as part of the Transition Champions team.

Dear Transition Champions Community,

We would like to inform our stakeholders, partners, volunteers, learners, and supporters that our official website and organisational email services are currently unavailable.

This is due to an ongoing transition between hosting providers following repeated service interruptions experienced with our previous hosting provider. We are currently working through the migration process to ensure that our website and email systems are restored on a more stable and reliable platform.

What this means:
Our website may currently be inaccessible, and emails sent to our official organisational email addresses may not be delivered during this transition period.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the matter.

This week, our learners continued their journey through the Academic Uplift & Career Readiness Initiative creating space for academic support, personal development and preparation for life beyond high school.

At Transition Champions NPC, we believe that every learner deserves the opportunity, support and guidance to realise their potential.💙

Through our sessions, we are working alongside learners to strengthen their academic foundations, build confidence and equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed decisions about their future.

Every lesson, every question, every challenge and every small achievement brings us one step closer to our vision of helping young people successfully transition into tertiary education, employment and other meaningful pathways.
