Here is a Job Opportunity

"For aspiring entrepreneurs and young people in business"

In the past two days LE-DI PROJECTS ran a program helping people to register on the ESSA database for jobs and other opportunities at the skills center in Orange Farm. The program saw more than 500 people coming in to register. According to stats alone, some might view it as a huge success. But we at LE-DI PROJECTS view it as a sign to a crisis of a high unemployment rate faced by the community of Orange Farm. We believe there are more people who could not come to register simply because they had no knowledge of the program as it was only advertised on Facebook and WhatsApp. And others probably saw it as a waste of time, because of previous disappointments having registered with similar programs before, otherwise the numbers could have been higher.

We believe if this crisis is addressed quickly, we would see a significant decrease in other social ills faced by our community. Such as crime, drug abuse, GBV and extreme violence to name a few.
