🌸 November Premature Awareness Month 🌸

At Help Hub, this month is especially close to our hearts. Three of our own moms are proud premie moms, and we’ve walked the journey of tiny warriors who entered the world earlier than expected but stronger than we could ever imagine.

We stand in support of all premature babies, their families, and the incredible NICU teams who fight alongside them every day. 💜

To every little miracle and every parent holding onto hope — we see you, we honour you, and we’re with you. 💛✨

Just a throwback to our first-ever 10Km Walk. Thank you to Lucky Star for this awesome video, and they had a lekker healthy Wrap or Samoosa for the participants. We opted for the wrap, and it was very tasty in our personal opinion.

🍞 Blisters for Bread 2025 – Walking with Purpose 🍞

This August, instead of hosting our planned Soup Drive, the Help Hub team took a different path — quite literally! 👣

We participated in the Blisters for Bread Charity Walk, an initiative that supports school feeding programs throughout South Africa. Each step taken represents a child who receives a nutritious meal — a small act that makes a big difference in a young life. 💛

Although it was just us three directors walking, our hearts were full knowing we were part of something meaningful. 💫 Sometimes impact doesn’t come from the size of the crowd, but from the spirit and intention behind it.

At Help Hub, we believe that every effort counts — and this was our way of showing up, standing in solidarity with the cause, and reminding ourselves that change begins with even the smallest steps. 🌻

Thank you to the organizers of Blisters for Bread Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA) for creating such a purposeful event, and to everyone out there walking their own journey of kindness and giving. Together, we make the difference. 💕

Annual Pad Drive!!

I know most of you guys have been waiting for this moment (You guys are always so eager to help and donate, we appreciate it)

This November, we’re donating sanitary pads to local schools to ensure that no girl misses a day of school due to lack of access to menstrual products.

Together, we can make a difference and help our girls “Flo With Confidence”. 💪

🩸 Today is World Menstrual Hygiene Day 🩸

At Help Hub, we believe that periods should never be a barrier to education, dignity, or confidence.

Too many girls still face shame, silence, and lack of access when it comes to menstruation. That’s why we’re committed to changing the story: one pad, one conversation, one empowered girl at a time.

When we donate sanitary pads to underprivileged schools, we also create a safe space for students to talk, learn, and break the stigma surrounding periods.

Menstrual health is not a luxury; it’s a right!
