“ When employers and workers work together,Occupational health and Safety move beyond policy, it becomes a culture” said Sibiya

Another Key Lesson is that competence is the foundation of Prevention. Whether in Construction,Engineering, Manufacturing or energy,prevention depends on qualified professionals,proper supervision, and strong systems and accountability” said Deputy Minister.
