My name is Nonkululeko Nkosi, a proud South African youth who is passionate about growth, innovation, and dreaming beyond limitations.

Nine years ago, I started a movement called Youth Seeding. At one point, I renamed it Youth Ambassador Africa, but along the journey, everything I tried seemed to fail. Looking back, I understand why. I lacked knowledge, guidance, and the right people around me. I was trying to build something great while walking alone.

Along the way, there were people who tried to steal my ideas, destroy my confidence, and manipulate my vision for their own gain. But I have learned that no one can steal what God has destined for you.

I am an ex-devil worshipper. I am a former heavy w**d smoker and an ex-drunkard. I made decisions that destroyed my own ambitions and compromised my values. I allowed my family circumstances to define who I was, and I allowed society and the government to shape my thoughts, beliefs, and vision.

But today, I am no longer that person.

Today, I speak differently. I think differently. I live differently because I am no longer walking alone. I am surrounded by the Holy Spirit and firmly rooted in my faith.

I am not here to be the savior of the youth. Only God saves.

My mission is to inspire. To help you believe that your dreams are valid. To help you rise beyond the limits that others placed on your life. To remind you that your background does not determine your future.

I am here to run this race with you—fearlessly.

I may not have money, but I carry a power that no one can take away from me.

My destiny is my power.
My vision is my power.
My voice is my power.
My dream is my power.

And you have power too.

Rise up.‼️
Believe again.‼️
Dream again.‼️
Stand again.‼️

The world is waiting for the greatness that God placed inside🫵🏽

"For we do not fight against flesh and blood we fight against the dark forces of the kingdom of darkness!!! Ask yourself why you are too lazy to build? Today, as a Youth Ambassador, I pause to reflect on the brave young people of 1976.

They stood against the injustice of Bantu Education. They faced a brutal apartheid regime armed with nothing but courage, conviction, and an unwavering belief that they deserved better. Blood was spilled. Lives were lost. Dreams were interrupted. Yet they refused to be silenced because they believed that freedom and dignity were worth fighting for.

Fifty years later, I find myself asking difficult questions.

It is 2026. South Africa is filled with educated young people. We have graduates, diploma holders, skilled artisans, innovators, and dreamers. Yet millions of young people remain unemployed. Behind every statistic is a real person—a young mother unable to provide for her child, a graduate sending out hundreds of applications without a response, a young person slowly losing hope despite doing everything they were told would secure their future.

This makes me wonder: who are the oppressors of 2026?

Is it a system that continues to fail many of its young people? Is it an economy that cannot absorb their talents? Or have we, as a nation, become comfortable watching youth potential go to waste?

If you are unemployed and reading this, I am not asking you to blame yourself. I am asking you to reflect. Reflect on your journey, your environment, your choices, your dreams, and your purpose.

Is this the South Africa you imagined when you were in Grade 10?

Is this the future you envisioned while sitting in a university lecture hall?

Most importantly, is this the South Africa we are willing to leave for the next generation?

The youth of 1976 fought for the right to learn.

The youth of 2026 must fight for the right to thrive.

This event emphasizes tech-skill acquisition, brand transformation, and digital marketing, creating a supportive community for women in the technology s**ce.
