Providing and promoting opportunities to support, connect and grow the underprivileged youth in education. We provide tutorials, encouraging debates, Mentoring and recognises the excellence in public schools and communities.

Today marks the successful beginning of the Agricultural Training Programme hosted by Ubuciko Youth Development Agency in partnership with Seeds of Restoration.
The programme is focused on empowering young people with practical agricultural knowledge, skills, and opportunities that can contribute to sustainable livelihoods and community development. 🌾👩🏾‍🌾👨🏾‍🌾

We are proud of everyone who participated today and excited for the knowledge, growth, and opportunities that lie ahead.

3-Day Youth in Agricultural Training Program

Theme: Growing Skills. Growing Futures.

Ubuciko Youth Development Agency, in partnership with Seeds of Restoration Empowerment Projects (SOREP), invites unemployed youth to participate in a 3-Day Youth in Agricultural Training Program aimed at equipping young people with practical agricultural knowledge, entrepreneurial skills, and opportunities for self-employment.

This training is designed to empower participants with the skills needed to start small-scale farming projects, improve food security, and explore income-generating opportunities within the agricultural sector.

Venue: Blaaubosch Youth Center (To be confirmed )

Dates: 11–13 August 2026

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily

Vegetable and crop production

Poultry farming basics

Soil preparation and fertilization

Irrigation and water management

Sustainable farming practices

Agribusiness and entrepreneurship

Practical field demonstrations

Marketing of agricultural products
