Spent the first week of December distributing E'Pap Nutrition to the orphans and vulnerables at Ndumo. 14 primary schools received e'Pap (2941 learners met us at their schools) and we also handed out to many children on route to schools. A big thank you must go to Rose & Daniel Kransdorff and their team at Econocom foods. Not just for all the 4 tons of e'Pap and 2 tons of e'Soup but for the financial assistance in keeping us running. A big thank you must go to all the sponsors who gave so generously to make this e'Pap run happen. William Falaanga (e'Pap) you touched so many lives again this week. Then to the dedicated TUT team, Phumla Msibi(Advance and Partnership office), Sandile Mbatha (Co-Manager & Post Grad student), Luyanda (WIL student), Ndumiso (WIL student), Skhulile (assistant), Bongani (2nd year student), Lulama (Eco-warrior), Moshe (senior staff member) and Nomzamo (Cheryl Ogilvie - Lecturer & Manager of the project) thank you. We educate all Grade 3, 7 & 8s in 20 schools surrounding Ndumo Game Reserve i.e interlinking environmental education into the school curriculum. The project educates the future generation (eco-warriors), the broader adult community, teachers and we train future conservationists.

We have just had an amazing three weeks working with the Ndumo Community Project. We worked with 14 schools (Grade 7 learners) surrounding Ndumo Game Reserve (Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife). I would like to thank all involved ie Tshwane University of Technology, Faculty Science - Department of Nature Conservation (Nîmmí Añjāān) and my second, third, forth and fifth year students (Sandile Mbatha my co-manager & Tumi Mohala) who were 100% committed from the start. You were so hands on. You demonstrated the 3 H's so well (Head, Hands & Heart). So proud of you and THANK YOU.

Welgevonden Game Reserve, Moji Kitsi the manager of the WEAP programme and his dedicated and passionate students. Moji you are the best in the field of EE. This is our 4th year presenting together and every year you take it up a notch. I am learning so much from you. Thank you for all your knowledge and sponsored kilometers. That combi rocked.

All involved were very hands-on and you all went the extra mile. YOU MADE THE DIFFERENCE - THANK YOU. You put the smiles on many faces.

Not forgetting Grant Pearson for his assistance with some Rand Water 'Waterwise' educational resources. Your 'Pipes and Puzzles' game was a hit plus our learners learnt how and why to save water. Your story books are next on the programme. Can't wait to see our Grade 3's in action.
