Our 3rd session with the girls at Zerilda Park Primary was truly something special. It was beautiful, real, and raw. ❤️

This week we introduced our new series, “Social Issues in My Community.” Our first topic was gangsterism a reality that many of our girls are unfortunately familiar with.

What made this session so powerful was the honesty in the room. The girls opened their hearts and shared their personal experiences. Some spoke about losing parents, friends, and people close to them because of gangsterism. Others shared how it has affected their homes, their streets, and their daily lives.

These conversations were not easy, but they were necessary. It was a safe space where the girls could speak, be heard, and know that their stories matter. In the midst of the pain, there was also so much courage, strength, and support for one another.

Moments like these remind us why these sessions are so important. When young girls are given a safe space to talk about the realities they face, healing and understanding can begin❤️‍🩹

Today we had our second session with the incredible girls of Capricorn Primary School, and what a beautiful time it was 🤍

There’s something so special about coming back for a second session. The first one is always about introductions and building trust but the second? That’s where walls start coming down. That’s where the girls begin to open up, share their hearts, laugh a little louder, and step a little more confidently into the space.

Today was filled with honest conversations, encouragement, and powerful reminders that each girl is seen, valued, and deeply loved❤️❤️

A special thank you to Melissa for coming out to Zerilda Park Primary School and leading such a powerful Vision Board Casting session. The girls were inspired, engaged, and reminded that their dreams are valid and possible.

This was our second session with the girls at Zerilda Park Primary and each time we see more confidence, more clarity, and more courage growing in our girls.

We truly value this partnership and look forward to many more impactful moments together!❤️❤️❤️

Today marks the first day of our program with the amazing Grade 7 girls at Capricorn Primary School, and our hearts are full. 💕

We are so excited to officially begin this journey of growth, empowerment, and sisterhood with these young girls. This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see how much they will learn, grow, and shine throughout the year.

We also look forward to working closely with Capricorn Primary School and Zerilda Park in 2026, building strong partnerships that create safe spaces and meaningful opportunities for our girls

This weekend marked a truly special milestone — our first ever Adopt A Girl Empowerment Camp!

Over three unforgettable days, our girls discovered their strengths, set goals, hiked together, laughed endlessly, and grew in confidence and sisterhood. 👭
We are filled with gratitude for everyone who made this possible — from our dedicated volunteers, sponsors, and teachers to the incredible parents who trusted us with their girls.

Your support made dreams come true and helped us continue changing lives one girl at a time.

Community Development in Action! 🍲💛

For week 5 we hosted a soup drive in the community of Capricorn with a very special purpose to teach our young girls the importance of serving the communities they come from. 💪🏽🌍

Our girls came together to serve warm meals to those in need, showing kindness, compassion, and leadership.

Watching them serve with smiles, connect with elders, and pour love into every bowl reminded us that change begins at home — and it begins with them. 💫

To everyone who contributed, volunteered, or simply showed support thank you! Together, we are raising a generation of young women who are rooted in community, and driven by care. 💐✨

Week 3 Complete! 🚀 This week we tackled the tough topic of peer pressure! 🌟

Our team and the girls unpacked what peer pressure is , how to deal with it , and how it affects you.
They also shared their experiences along with nizaam who came and shared his amazing story with our girls on how peer pressure not only affected him at school but also at home and how the choices he made back then affects him now.

We are so thankful to each and every person that contributes to making our Saturday sessions with the girls at Capricorn Primary School a success ❤️.

WEEK 2 ❤️🥹!!!!

We have started with our topics and week 2 was about SELF HARM ❤️‍🩹.
• we all go through things and it's very important to deal with your emotions in a healthy way .
• teaching kids about self harm is crucial for their emotional well-being and safety.

Today's session really allowed the holy spirit to work his way through the hurt, the pain , the silence and the tears. We thank God for carrying us through each and everyday even when we thought about giving up ❤️🙏🏻.

Today we also had a very special guest - Ms Casey 🥹!

AAG : WEEK 1 OF 9!!!

Super excited to announce AAG's 9 week program has begun 🥹🥹!!!! This year our main focus is working with the girls at Capricorn Primary School and wow! They are such amazing young girls to work with❤️!

Week 1 was all about getting to know the girls on a deeper level and to really engage with their inner child 👯, while having lots of FUN and inviting the holy spirit ✝️ !

EXCITING NEWS !!!

Last year AAG started reaching out to various schools in the community to have our programs running for students who unfortunately aren’t able to join us at our home location and we are so excited to announce that we have just started our program for students at Capricorn Primary school !

We are beyond thrilled to have sessions with the grade 7 girls of Capricorn Primary School, where we will be able to discuss, learn and most importantly encourage them on their way forward. These sessions will contribute to their transition from primary school into high school.

AAG looks forward to this journey with Capricorn Primary School !
