Inclusive community work is not built around one person or one event. It grows when people return, recognise each other, share responsibility and welcome new participants. The beach becomes more accessible when knowledge, equipment, time and care are shared. Our community includes participants, families, chaperones, volunteers, coaches, professionals, partners and supporters. The strength is in the collective.

“Inclusion is not an extra” The Roxy Davis Foundation brings people together through surf therapy, water based activity, adaptive sport, volunteer development and community connection. Each programme depends on participants who choose to take part, chaperones who support access, volunteers who give their time, coaches who hold safety and partners who provide practical resources. Our work is built through shared responsibility and every person has a role. Every role matters. Over the next few months we will share the people, planning, learning and support behind inclusive participation.
