Gratitude Sunday ❤️

In August 2025, I took a leap of faith and launched the Leruo Foundation NPO 10-month Changemakers Incubation Programme.

Anyone who has ever facilitated an incubation programme will tell you just how challenging the journey can be — even more so when you are doing it without financial assistance.

I pledged my entire salary from CRM Enterprise to making this programme possible, while relying solely on my CRM Connect income to cover my daily needs. It was a sacrifice, but one I was willing to make because I believed deeply in the young people we were investing in.

Yesterday, my Changemakers graduated from the Programme, and I could not have asked for a better cohort to launch this journey with. ❤️

These incredible Youthpreneurs have demonstrated so much grit, resilience, commitment and determination to building successful businesses. Watching them walk across that stage in their graduation gowns — and reflecting on just how far we have come together — was an incredibly humbling experience.

As they leave the Programme, our charge to them is simple:

Build your businesses.
Create employment opportunities for others.
Lead with integrity.
And lift as you rise.

This is only the beginning.

Now, it is time to embark on the next Programme. The first cohort has set the bar incredibly high, and I am excited to see what the next group of Changemakers will achieve.

To everyone who believed in this vision, supported the journey, encouraged me when it was difficult, and most importantly, to the Changemakers who trusted us with their dreams — thank you.

As we continue to celebrate the journeys of our Changemakers over the past 10 months, today we proudly recognise Josiah Tebogo Mphokeng, Founder, Host and CEO of Mphokeng TV podcast .

Tebogo’s journey reflects the power of storytelling, consistency, and creating platforms that amplify the voices of others. Through the Changemakers Incubation Programme, he has continued to grow his brand while building meaningful connections within the entrepreneurial and creative ecosystem.

Some of Tebogo’s key highlights include:

• Conducting impactful interviews with entrepreneurs and creatives, creating a platform that shares real stories, insights, and experiences.

• Building and strengthening the Mphokeng TV Podcast brand and online presence.

Our Changemakers visited Care Bible Church to express their heartfelt gratitude to Apostle Moitse K Peter for his unwavering support throughout the past 10 months of the Changemakers Incubation Programme.

What a beautiful gesture of gratitude — choosing to honour and thank someone who has consistently supported their journey before they even step onto the graduation stage.

This moment speaks volumes about the character of our Changemakers. Success is not only about what you achieve, but also about remembering those who stood with you along the way.

It was truly beautiful to witness. ❤️

As we prepare for their Graduation Ceremony, we celebrate not only their entrepreneurial growth, but also the values of gratitude, honour and humility that make this journey so meaningful.

Gratitude Sunday ❤️

Today, I am deeply grateful for the media platforms, such as e.tv, that continue to amplify the voice of Leruo Foundation NPO and CRM Enterprise and the work we are doing to empower people, build businesses, create opportunities and make a meaningful difference.

Above all, I give all glory and honour to God. None of this would be possible without His grace, His favour and His faithfulness. Every door that has opened, every opportunity, every lesson and every milestone is a reminder that God’s hand has been present throughout the journey.

I hope this conversation gives you an opportunity to learn a little more about me, my journey, and the work that fuels my days and fulfils me in ways I never imagined possible.
