The Love Of God Disability Foundation proudly joins communities across South Africa and the world in celebrating International Disability Awareness Month.

This month reminds us that every person deserves equal opportunities, respect, dignity, and the chance to reach their full potential. We celebrate the strength, resilience, talents, and achievements of persons with disabilities while continuing to advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and equal rights for all.

As a non-profit organisation based in Ivory Park, Midrand, we remain committed to empowering persons with disabilities through community development, skills development, support programmes, food security initiatives, and advocacy that promotes independence and social inclusion.

We invite community members, businesses, government departments, and stakeholders to partner with us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of persons with disabilities. Together, we can create communities where no one is left behind.

Call for Discretionary Grant Applications 2026/27

The Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA) is pleased to announce that the window for Discretionary Grant (DG) funding applications for the 2026/27 financial year is now open.

This funding is dedicated to skills development initiatives that bolster national priorities, including energy security, water sustainability, and a Just Energy Transition. We are prioritising industry-relevant occupational programs that address critical and scarce skills needs across the sector.

Available Funded Interventions:

- Artisan / Learnership Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL)
- Learnership programmes (for both employed and unemployed learners)
- Skills programmes (for both employed and unemployed learners)
- Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), including University and TVET placement programmes

Who Should Apply?

Applications are invited from TVET and CET Colleges, Universities, sector companies, government departments, municipalities, industry partners, SMMEs, NPOs, and accredited skills development providers.

Closing Date: 1 April 2026

Online Capacitation Sessions: Join us every Wednesday from 12h00 to 13h30 on 11 March, 18 March, and 25 March 2026 for guidance on your application.
