In November, we hosted the Work Readiness Programme in partnership with Anglo American and ODA — a week of reigniting hope, building confidence, and sharpening workplace skills.
Facilitators Thato Morobane and Harry Makobe led powerful sessions on communication, professionalism, personal branding, and more — empowering young people to show up ready for the world of work.
