Knowledge is power. Early detection saves lives!

Our residents and personnel took part in an informative session about breast cancer awareness, highlighting the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms, understanding the value of regular self-examinations, and seeking medical advice when something doesn’t feel right.

A heartfelt thank you to our presenter, Mrs Corné Aucamp from ABJ Oncology for sharing valuable knowledge and helping us raise awareness about this important topic.

GLOBAL HANDWASHING DAY | SAVF MIDDELBURG OLD AGE HOME

Small hands, big lessons, and a healthier future!

In celebration of Global Handwashing Day, SAVF Middelburg Old Age Home reached out to the younger generation through a special handwashing project, sharing the importance of proper hand hygiene and how this simple habit can help prevent the spread of germs and keep us healthy.

By teaching our children today, we help build healthier communities for tomorrow!
