🌿 Planning with Purpose | Building the Future Together 🌿
Two days. Many conversations. Fresh perspectives. One shared purpose. 💚
On 19 & 20 August, representatives from our CMR offices across Mpumalanga and Limpopo gathered for our Strategic Planning for 2026–2029.
Together, management, supervisors and senior social workers had the opportunity to look at where we are as an organisation, where we would like to be, and how we can continue strengthening the difference we make in the lives of children, families and communities.
With Lynette Wilsenach facilitating the process, the two days were filled with meaningful discussions, new ideas, reflection and collaboration — balanced with interactive activities, teamwork and plenty of laughter along the way! 🌱
It reminded us that a strong organisation is not built by plans alone. It is built when people come together, share their perspectives and move forward with a common purpose.
We are incredibly grateful to Solid Ground Church for welcoming us and making their premises available for these two days. Your hospitality contributed greatly to a very special and productive time together.
We return to our respective offices with renewed focus, strengthened relationships and excitement for the road ahead. ✨
