🔵⚪ TABLER TUESDAY ⚪🔵

🙌 This week we shine the spotlight on a man who proves that when you’re quick on your feet and good with numbers, you’re probably destined to become the Treasurer…

Manie “Smoky” Le Roux 🎉🪽

As our Treasurer, Manie keeps the numbers flying in the right direction — but his talents don’t stop there! 🔢💨 He’s always ready to show up with a smile, a good mood, a willingness to work, and, of course, that unmistakable skip in his step.

With his ever-faithful wife Natalie by his side, the two make a formidable combo. Whether they’re crunching numbers, helping draft a new constitutional clause, or simply arriving at the braai and throwing down some questionable dance moves, there’s never a dull moment when these two are around. 😂💃🕺

Manie is the kind of Tabler every Table needs — reliable, energetic, willing to get stuck in, and always ready to lend a hand (or a dance move).

So keep those feet moving, keep those numbers adding up, and keep flying high, free bird! 🪽🔵⚪

We appreciate you, Smoky! Here’s to many more projects, braais, numbers, laughs and aerodynamic dance moves! 🥂🔥

This Heritage Day, we celebrate the people, stories and traditions that shape who we are. 🇿🇦❤️

At Round Table, our heritage is also found in the brotherhood we build, the communities we serve and the memories we create together. Across Southern Africa, different backgrounds come together with one shared purpose: to uplift, support and leave something meaningful behind.

Here’s to honouring where we come from while building a stronger future, together.💪

🐾 THE CHALLENGE HAS BEEN ANSWERED! 🐾

We were tagged into something special, and had to share. Round Table Middelburg 126 has recently donated over R1000 worth of pet food to our local Middelburg SPCA ! 🎉

Huge thanks to Ladies Circle Witbank for starting this beautiful chain of kindness and for thinking of us. What began as one challenge is turning into a movement.

Look at the momentum so far:
🐶 Witbank Ladies Circle 26 donated R1500 worth of food to the Witbank SPCA
🐱 Edenvale Ladies Circle 6 stepped up and completed their drop off too

Now it is our turn to keep the chain going. We are officially calling out:

👉 Round Table Secunda 231
👉 White Round Table White River 64

Tables, the ball is in your court! Get your donation together, tag your local SPCA or Animal Shelter, and do not forget to nominate the next table to join in.

Every bag of food is a wagging tail, a full bowl, and a little more love for an animal who needs it. Let us show what our community can do when we work together.

Who is next? 🐾

🔵⚪ TABLER TUESDAY ⚪🔵

🙌 This week we shine the spotlight on a man whose passion and dedication are hard to miss…

JR “Toothfairy” Smith 🔥🎉

Currently serving Table 126 as our Vice-Chairman and IRO/PRO, JR is a man who always brings the energy, commitment, and a burning passion to everything he takes on. 💪🔥

Reliable, hardworking, and always eager to lend a hand, JR is the kind of Tabler you can count on when there’s work to be done. Whether it's a project, an event, or simply helping where help is needed, he is always ready to step up and get involved.

Off the Table, JR is equally passionate about serving his community. Together with his wife Sandra Lawrenson, a proud Ladies Circler, the two share a love for giving back and making a difference in the lives of those around them. 🤝🔵⚪

JR is proof that service doesn't stop when the meeting ends. His commitment, enthusiasm, and willingness to get stuck in make him an invaluable part of the Table 126 family.

We see the passion. We appreciate the effort. Thank you for always showing up and always being ready to help! 🥂🔥

Ricardo Heystek beat cancer as a seven year old boy. Today he is fighting for his life again, and this time he cannot do it alone.

Following seizures and severe headaches, Ricardo suffered a medical emergency on 29 June when doctors discovered dangerous swelling on his brain. He was rushed into intensive care and had to be admitted to a private hospital for the urgent treatment that would save his life. Without medical aid, his family is now carrying the full weight of his critical care.

Round Table Middelburg 126 is asking our community to stand behind Ricardo the same way he has always stood strong.

Every donation, big or small, goes directly towards his treatment and recovery. If you cannot give, please share his story so it reaches someone who can.

Ricardo showed us his strength once before. Let us help him fight this battle too.
