Today I spare a thought for the dedicated personnel who work diligently on preparations, encompassing planning entries and schedules, arranging judges, securing sponsors, and arriving hours prior to the first class to ensure seamless ex*****on.
Those individuals who selflessly strive to create an enjoyable experience for all participants.
The same individuals who often face criticism and must defend themselves against entitled spectators and others.
“Thank you” and kindness shown goes a long way.
