Our Melkbosstrand Neighbourhood Watch was invited to attend the annual City of Cape Town Neighbourhood Watch awards function in Council Chamber, Cape Town Civic Centre.
What an honour it was when our NHW received the, "Neighbourhood Watch Service Excellence Group Award" for "Best Utilisation of Technology".
This award belongs to all our members who selflessly give up their time and effort to make our community safe.
The Melkbosstrand community can be proud of their NHW.

The NHW attended the SAPS Imbizo last night (30-09-2025) to hear the SAPS/CPF Safety Plan being presented.
The NHW would like to thank both SAPS and the CPF for what appears to be a solid and well constructed plan for the year ahead.
While there are going to be many challenges, we are certain that if we all work together as a community, the plan will be realised and the community, as a whole, will have benefitted.
