Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend the Transnet Wellness Day at Witbank Puma Stadium, bringing together the Transnet Witbank and Ogies teams.

As an advocate for Culture, Wellness and Healthy Living, I was honoured to participate in a variety of fitness and wellness activities, including aerobics, a 3km fun run/walk, a netball match, a soccer match and the egg-run challenge, as well as health screenings.

Wellness is about more than physical fitness—it is about inspiring longevity, good health and a positive mindset in the workplace. Staying active helps us maintain a healthy balance between the mind and body, keeps us energised and encourages us to embrace healthier lifestyles.

Events like these also create opportunities to build meaningful connections, strengthen team spirit and promote teamwork, while encouraging excellence in leadership.

As Mrs Cultural Tourism SA Ambassador 2026, I believe that a healthy nation is a stronger nation. Let us continue to inspire one another to move, connect, live well and lead with purpose. 🌿✨

I was truly honoured to be part of the Women’s Night Shift – Rooftop Shift 5KM Run/Walk with the Home girls Club in Menlyn Maine Pretoria.
This beautiful initiative celebrates women’s strength, resilience, health, confidence and unity. During Women’s Month, it is a powerful reminder that women deserve spaces where we can come together, support one another, prioritise our wellbeing and inspire each other to rise.
I am proud to be part of an initiative that promotes women empowerment, wellness and sisterhood. Together, we continue to remind every woman: You Are Enough. đź’•đź‘‘

It was such an honour for Lethabo Lekhuzo, Mrs Cultural Tourism South Africa 2026, to attend the Transnet TRIM Ladies’ Function and to be given the opportunity to speak, inspire and empower women.

A woman’s strength is revealed not only in the good times, but in how she rises when life becomes difficult. Never forget how far you have already come. You are more than a conqueror. Be strong, be courageous, and believe in the woman you are becoming.

You were made to overcome challenges, navigate difficult situations and bring solutions where they are needed most. The strength of a woman has the power to inspire, uplift and transform.

To every woman: keep going, keep believing and keep shining. Your story matters, your strength matters, and your presence makes a difference. ❤️✨

Princess Hlongwana took part in a two-day Entrepreneurship Bootcamp with UMPCFERI, supported by SEDFA and hosted at Mankele Adventures, where she explored tourism at Sudwala Caves through activities such as zip-lining, natural art, and reptile encounters. She also participated in activities such as paintballing and played quizzes and team-building games with the rest of the students. As Mrs Cultural Tourism South Africa 2026 and an entrepreneur, her attendance was significant on both fronts — the tourism component aligned directly with her ambassadorial mandate to promote local destinations, while the entrepreneurship sessions offered valuable insights and networking opportunities for growing her business.
