THE IMPORTANCE OF DEFINING YOUR PROBLEM INSTEAD OF ALLOWING YOUR PROBLEM TO DEFINE YOU
When you look in the mirror.....what do you see? A victim? Someone that's in poverty? Someone that's unworthy to receive good things from God? When you look in the mirror....do you see someone that's made too many mistakes? Maybe you identify with failure more then you do with success. But truth be told.....most of how you see yourself is connected directly with faith in Jesus and your understanding and belief in HIS Promises. It also has a lot to do with you taking time out to get into the presence of the Lord. Then hear and do what God directs. Understand if you see yourself as an overcomer in Christ. Then you are releasing the power of God in your life to be an overcomer. God is not glorified by you living in defeat, addiction and bo***ge. But if you see yourself as a defeated person. Then you are inviting that garbage into your life. Likewise if you see yourself as an overcomer in Christ. Then these type of characteristics will bleed into your life.
Psalm 9:9-10 NKJV
The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
A refuge in times of trouble.
