“A global leader in sustainable theatre collaboration practices for personal and social transformation.”
In 2015 FATC relocated the majority of its operations to the rural area of Emakhazeni, Mpumalanga, and established the new rurally based Dance & Arts Centre, Ebhudlweni, which was officially opened on 24th October 2015.
“An International home for dance shining the light on the limitless poten
tial and power of rooted collaborations and human connections.”
Ebhudlweni Arts Centre enables FATC to service the immediate rural community in a hugely under-resourced and under-served area. It also significantly impacts the regional, provincial, national and international dance community through the offering of a series of activities and programmes made possible through its strategic positioning. - My Body My Space: Public Arts Festival, Emakhazeni – held annually in February/March
- National and International Artists in Residence Programmes
- National Youth Arts Leadership Programme
- Ongoing Community Outreach Development focusing on Youth, Women and Children in Emakhazeni
