World Salt Awareness Week 🧂🌍

Too much salt can silently impact our health, increasing the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. World Salt Awareness Week reminds us that small daily choices can make a big difference.

Reducing salt intake doesn’t mean losing flavour tasting food before adding salt, reading food labels, and limiting processed foods are simple steps toward better health.
