SAVF invites applications for the position of Area Manager – Elderly Care at SAVF Lichthuis in Lichtenburg, North West.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Grade 12 and a recognised qualification in Human or Management Sciences
• Experience in elderly care and the welfare sector
• Strong financial, personnel, and operational management skills
• Proven ability to implement policies, legislation, and business plans
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Valid driver’s licence and SAPS clearance

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Overall management of the elderly care facility
• Management of finances, administration, and work procedures
• Marketing, fundraising, and staff leadership
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
